KLCC Reit Management approached Shinrai to demolish the interior fixtures and fittings on 11 floors of office space at Menara ExxonMobil. Despite covering a space of 200,000 square feet and with access to only one service lift, our team of experts were able to complete the project within eight weeks.

This feat was accomplished thanks to a dedicated team that worked tirelessly almost 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure the client’s deadlines were met, with minimal interruption to their day-to-day work.

Aside from the demolition of fixtures and fittings, Shinrai were also tasked with reinstating the electrical circuitry, fire fighting systems and air conditioning throughout the 11 floors while adhering to Menara ExxonMobil’s strict health and safety standards.
