Specialising in fit-out works, we have been able to grow in strength with every passing year whilst priding ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Shinrai’s promise to its clients is signified in the name of the company, which is a Japanese term that translates to “Trust, Faith and Confidence”.

Our unwavering commitment to excellence has served us well in our bid towards earning recognition, both globally and locally. This is reflected in our work at the Maxis Headquarters in Wisma Semantan, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur which was awarded the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) Architecture Award in the Interior Design category.

With a paid up capital of RM1 million and a Project Team that boasts over 15 years of experience, Shinrai has worked with organisations from the Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Education, Healthcare and Food & Beverage Industries.

It was during this time that Shinrai found its niche and began specialising in commercial retail spaces and boutique offices with a strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

We believe that as time progresses, the luxury of developing new buildings will become scarce due to the unavailability of space. The best way to combat this growing concern would be to focus instead on crafting interiors that fully maximise space while being cost effective and visually pleasing.
